General Information

Allow La Casa Bella the opportunity to create the ultimate catered event.  For pleasure, business, brunch, luncheon or dinner, our facility has been designed to accommodate up to 225 guests. Included are the following:

Catering Policies

Room Charge - There will be no room charge for any event that is catered.  For special arrangements a set-up charge will be specified by the coordinator. Additional charges are applied if the event is below the minimum guarantee.

Security - If Security is required for the event, arrangements will be made through La Casa Bella party Center, with the Oakwood Village Police Department at prevailing wage.

Guarantee - The menu needs to be confirmed 14 days prior to the event at which time final payment is due. Additional guests will be accepted up to 48 hours in advance.  You will be charged for the final guaranteed guests, plus any additional guests, per our count.

Linen and China - Color coordinated linen napkins are included. Skirting is supplied on all serving tables. We have fill china, glassware and flatware service.

Equipment - Microphones and podiums are available at no extra charge.  For additional equipment, please inquire.

Event Hours - The hours for the event will be determined upon the size and type of the event.  Events over six hours are subject to $125 per half hour.

Bar Service - Full bar and beverage service available with (1) bartender per every 100 people. Fully insured liquor and product liability.

Food Service - All food prepared on premises by The Astorhurst Country Place. We use only the finest and freshest ingredients.  No food will be permitted to leave the premises.

Deposits - A security deposit of $750.00 is required to hold the Banquet Room, and will be applied to any costs that are incurred after the event is concluded.  Any remaining security deposit will be refunded 48 hours after the event date.

Table Settings - La Casa Bella Party Center will use their own discretion on the number of guests per table. Changes may result in an additional charge.

Rose Room - The Rose Room is available for parties up to 60 people.

Tax and Gratuities - All prices include Ohio Sales Tax & gratuity.
